FAQ & Policies

Our current Turn Around Time (TAT) is:

  • Ready To Ship (RTS) - Ships in approximately 9-10 business days, unless personalization is requested, then shipped in approximately 13-14 business days.
  • Made To Order (MTO) - 5-6 weeks (35-42 business days)
  • Custom Tumblers/Items: 6-8 weeks (42-56 business days)

This time does not include weekends or holidays. If your order is placed on a weekend, please know TAT starts on the next closest business day. This TAT does not include shipping time. 

Route Shipping Insurance at checkout:

  • For your protection, route insurance is automatically attached with your order, you have the option to remove it, but if you choose to remove route shipping protection, please know if the package is lost or stolen among the many other things that can happen to packages during transit, there may be little to nothing we can do if it is not protected. The tracking on my order says it is lost, damaged, stolen, or items have been discarded, what does this mean?

  • If you chose USPS at checkout as your shipping service provider, you, the customer, will have to file a claim by visiting their website or clicking here. Unfortunately, once USPS has your package there is nothing I can do on my end since it is out of my control, and jurisdiction. 
  • If you chose UPS at checkout as your shipping service provider, you, the customer, will contact me via email at info@craftingbymayra.com and include the order number in the subject header, with as much information as possible, including screenshots of what the tracking says on your end. I will file a claim for you, and UPS may contact to confirm details. Please make sure you include a good phone number in that email to make sure they are able to reach you if necessary. 
  • Please be aware that once your package has been scanned at either USPS and UPS and it leaves my hands, I know as much as you do when it comes to tracking information and shipping delays. What you see on your end is exactly what I see on my end. This means if you notice your tracking is saying your package is being held at a hub, not moving after it arrives to a certain city, or doing a tour around the US, you will need to contact the shipping service provider. I cannot provide any more or different insight in regards to the tracking. 

Processing Time?

  • The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies. Processing time is different from shipping, this is solely based on the time I need to complete your order. Shipping time is not included in the processing time. Each tumbler has to cure a minimum of 3 days before shipping, and every tumbler gets 3-4 coats of epoxy. Each coat needing proper curing time. Please be aware that once your package leaves my hands I have no control over any delays or other inquiries with USPS.

Shipping?

  • Once your order is placed please allow the estimated TAT & Processing Time to create your tumbler. This does not include shipping time. Shipping method is either priority shipping, 2-3 days, first class 5-7 business days, or UPS Ground. Shipping method is chosen by the customer.
  • You’ll receive tracking info through an AUTOMATED EMAIL once a label has been printed. Please be aware that I only ship out once, MAYBE twice a week, and print shipping labels 2-3 days before actually shipping your package out. This means you’ll receive an email containing shipping & tracking info, BUT you won’t see movement on tracking until they are picked up. I schedule weekly pick-ups that helps my business run smoothly. However USPS will not always make those pick-ups if you have any questions always feel free to email me at info@craftingbymayra.com and include your order number in the subject line. 
  • If you need your order by a certain date, please select the accurate RUSH ORDER FEE before carting each item in your order. It’s not fair to customers for me to rush orders that were placed after theirs, so that is why I charge a fee. Please understand, I am not amazon, and I am a one woman show. I work very hard to get 20-30 high quality tumblers out weekly.

Rush My Order?

  • If you need an order rushed, please pay for the rush fee option by selecting the box before carting your item. Please note the rush fee is per item. 

Customs and Import Taxes?

  • Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

Return Policy?

    • Due to the nature of my work, I don't accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations. 
    • Changes to your orders may not be made after your order has been placed. You agree to this at checkout. This includes but is not limited to, shipping address change, name changes, personalization changes, etc. 
    • If you need anything at all once your order has been placed, please do not contact me through social media. To protect your privacy,
  • Please do not inquire about your order through social media. For a prompt response, I kindly ask that you emails us at info@craftingbymayra.com and include your order number at details.

Coupon Codes/Discounts?

  • Please make sure you input the correct codes/discounts at checkout. I cannot refund the difference if a code/discount doesn’t work for you after checkout. However, you may contact me before checkout and I can help with any issues.

Each tumbler is handmade, so no cup is EXACTLY the same! You will have a one-of-a-kind tumbler that sparkles just right! Due to the handmade nature of these tumblers, minor imperfections are sometimes unavoidable (specs of glitter). I make every effort to ensure that your cup is perfect before presenting it to you. The item you see pictured is to visualize what this item will look like once it is finished. Since all items are handmade by me, and due to the custom nature of the items, I will do my best to re-create the listed pictures. There is no guarantee that they will look the exact same as pictured. Please reach out to me if you have any questions.

Every Tumbler is made with the highest quality Glitter, vinyl, and FDA Approved Food Safe Epoxy (Resin) that gives each tumbler high shine and a glass-like smoothness finish.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

By purchasing products you are agreeing to:

  1. Once your order has been placed, I will NOT allow any changes to be made. This prevents me from making any mistakes and delaying your order. Please do not inquire about your order through social media. For a prompt response, I kindly ask that you emails us at info@craftingbymayra.com and include your order number at details.
  2. I do not send daily/regular order updates. I wish I could, but I do not have enough hours in the day, and try get as much work time as possible to get orders out in a timely manner. This takes time away from me being able to do that. However you may always email me at info@craftingbymayra.com
  3. Custom Orders will ALWAYS take longer to complete. Please allow 6-8 weeks if you’ve placed a Custom Order.
  4. Because these items are custom & handmade, I do not accept cancellations, returns, refunds or exchanges.
